We are looking for an intern to join the Research & Evaluation Team and support the Impact Hub network in its impact measurement efforts.

Learn about & assist the programming of the Global Member and Maker Survey in Questback (online survey tool)
Support the team in translations & survey subsections, help with documentation
Get an insight and assist in the coordination of online survey testing
Help processing weekly participation and response rate statistics of all participating Impact Hubs and support the team in sharing them with local project leads from Impact Hubs around the world
Provide on demand support to Research & Evaluation Team
Support preliminary data analysis and production of results reports and visualizations
You enjoy collecting, analyzing, and working with data and are very comfortable working in Excel.
You have survey programing and administration experience, ideally with EFS Survey.
You have basic knowledge of HTML
You are organized and have exceptional attention to detail
You are a good communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English, further foreign language skills are an asset
You are flexible: working with a global network can mean early morning or evening calls
If based in Germany, you are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program related to the field and a mandatory internship is part of your study program and you could join us on this basis

To engage with 50+ local project leads from Impact Hubs all across the world
