Aufgaben
YOUR ROLE:- Support our small team by managing recruiting and hiring activities, including CV screening, coordinating interviews, increasing our hiring funnel, and handling the communication with candidates.
- Run initial interviews with candidates.
- Manage our employees’ entire life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
- Organise team events and work closely together with our founders.
- Become involved in cultural initiatives and kick-off your own projects.
- Work with various teams (founders, marketing, and more) on strategic employer branding initiatives
Qualifikation
YOUR PROFILE:- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (could also be a working student in an HR program)
- You have excellent English written and oral skills - German is not necessary, but a plus!
- You are interested in people-related topics and would like to expand your experience in this area.
- You have gained some experience in the HR field through previous internships or working student jobs.
